Provisionist Petitions to Change Election Day to “Choose Whom You Will Serve Day”

Leighton Flowers Declares War on Calvinism: Wants Election Day to Sound Less Predestined and More Like a Choose-Your-Own-Adventure

In a twist on theological debates, Leighton Flowers has started a petition to rename "Election Day" to "Choose This Day Whom You Will Serve Day," aiming to highlight his disdain for Calvinism's doctrine of election.

Flowers, known for his opposition to the idea that God unconditionally chooses certain individuals for salvation, argues that the current name inadvertently endorses Calvinist predestination. "Why should Election Day imply a predetermined outcome?" he quipped, suggesting the new name would better reflect the freedom of choice he advocates.

Critics wonder if this is just another chapter in his ongoing crusade against Calvinism.

Epstein's List: A Convenient Distraction

Jesus is King, but the Devil is in the Details In a shocking twist of events, the infamous list of names associated with the late Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking ring has been leaked to the public. The list, which contains hundreds of prominent figures from politics, entertainment, business, and sports, has sparked outrage and scandal across the world. However, some experts believe that the release of the list is not a coincidence, but a deliberate attempt to divert attention from the real news: Jesus is king.  According to Dr. Michael Brown, a professor of theology at Harvard University, the list is part of a "satanic conspiracy" to undermine the faith of Christians and distract them from the second coming of Christ. "Jesus is king. He is alive and he is coming back soon. That is the most important news that anyone should care about," Dr. Brown said. "But the devil knows that, and he is using the list to create chaos and confusion among the people of Go...

New Movement Claims to Have Discovered the True Meaning of the Great Commission A new movement of Christians has emerged that claims to have uncovered the true meaning of the Great Commission that Jesus gave his followers in Matthew 28. According to them, Jesus did not command his disciples to make disciples of individuals or churches, but of nations. They argue that the word "nations" in the original Greek means "ethnic groups" or "political entities", and that the goal of the Kingdom of God is to transform the world's governments and societies to conform to God's Law. The movement, which calls itself "The Disciplers of Nations", says that for the past 2000 years, most Christians have been disobeying Jesus by focusing on personal piety, church growth, and social justice. They say that these are secondary issues that distract from the primary mission of discipling the rulers and magistrates of the world. They believe that by converting th...
